Arben Gjokaj
Specialties: Sales and Project Management
Themeli's founder, Arben Gjokaj, has been specializing in sales and project management since starting his career in the automotive industry back in 2013. While working with global teams in multinational corporations, he quickly advanced in his roles by managing new product launches, turning high priority projects around from failing to successful metrics, as well as securing business with new customers. His most recent services include new business sales and account management services for his clients, leading them to expansion into new global markets. Arben earned his MBA from Florida International University, holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Davenport University, and is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

Goca Gjokaj
Specialties: Procurement and Negotiation
Themeli's cofounder, Goca Gjokaj started her career in the challenging world of procurement back in 2014 within the automotive and aerospace industries. Goca's focus remained within procurement throughout her career and was able to quickly excel within her roles, leading strategic procurement teams, spearheading successful multi-million-dollar negotiations, and building robust supplier relationships spanning from North America to Asia. Her recent services also include negotiations coaching for her clients negotiating with their customers and supply base. Goca completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and holds various certifications specializing in professional negotiation strategies, such as the Professional Negotiator from the Schranner Negotiation Institute.
