Arben Gjokaj

Specialties: Sales Development | Account Management | Project Leadership

Themeli's founder, Arben Gjokaj, has been specializing in sales, account management, and project leadership within the global automotive industry since starting his career back in 2013. While working with diverse teams in multinational corporations, he quickly advanced in his roles by driving new product launches, revitalizing underperforming projects, as well as securing key business partnerships with new customers. His most recent services include new business development and account management services, leading his clients to expansion into new international markets. Arben is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership, holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. 

Goca Gjokaj

Specialties: Procurement Strategy | Global Negotiations | Supplier Development

Themeli's cofounder, Goca Gjokaj started her career in the challenging world of procurement back in 2014 within the automotive and aerospace industries. Goca's focus remained within procurement throughout her career and was able to quickly excel within her roles, leading strategic procurement teams, spearheading successful multi-million-dollar negotiations, and building resilient supplier networks across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her recent work includes negotiation strategy coaching, helping clients strengthen their approach when engaging with customers and suppliers alike. Goca holds an MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, along with advanced certifications in negotiation, including the Professional Negotiator designation from the Schranner Negotiation Institute.
